Pricing & Payments

  • Final tour cost depends on travel date, availability, group size, and service selection.

  • Prices include only those services specifically mentioned in the tour inclusions.

  • Any additional services not mentioned are chargeable separately.

Tour Itinerary & Modifications

  • The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, sightseeing order, or transportation method due to weather conditions, traffic, train delays, monument closures, or other unavoidable circumstances.

  • Such changes are made in the interest of traveler safety and smooth tour operations and do not entitle travelers to refunds.

Train & Transport Services

  • Train timings and seat availability are governed by Indian Railways.

  • The company is not responsible for train delays, cancellations, or rescheduling beyond our control.

  • For road journeys, travel time may vary due to traffic, weather, or road conditions.

Monument Entry & Sightseeing

  • Monument entry fees are not included unless explicitly stated in the tour inclusions.

  • Monuments may be closed without prior notice due to government regulations, holidays, or VIP visits.

  • In such cases, alternative sightseeing may be arranged, subject to feasibility.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation and services booked.

  • Train tickets are subject to Indian Railways cancellation rules.

  • No refunds are applicable for unused services, no-shows, or early departure from the tour.

  • Refund processing time may take 7–14 working days after approval.

Traveler Responsibilities

  • Travelers must carry valid photo identification during the tour.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for loss or theft.

  • Travelers must follow safety instructions provided by guides and drivers.

Health & Safety

  • Travelers should ensure they are medically fit to travel.

  • Any special medical conditions must be informed at the time of booking.

  • The company is not responsible for health issues arising during or after the tour.
